Douglas W. Anderson, CCM/CAM
Doug joins Turtle Creek Club after 13 years at Sailfish Point Country Club on Hutchinson Island where he was Assistant General Manager. He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI where he earned an AOS in Culinary Arts and BS in Food Service Management. Doug earned the Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation from Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) in 2011 and is dedicated to the Private Club industry. He is an avid diver and a diehard Green Bay Packer fan.
Paul is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and a Certificate in East Asian Studies. Paul previously worked at Sailfish Point as Food and Beverage Director. In his downtime he enjoys diving, travelling off the beaten paths and pursuing his Certified Club Manager certification through the Club Management Association of America.

Wilma Bormuth
Wilma Bormuth, CFO and native Floridian came to Turtle Creek Club after just finishing her accounting degree at PBSC in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Now a veteran of two decades with TCC she has had the pleasure of meeting amazing members that are like family and have seen many changes to Turtle Creek as they keep us moving forward in the future.

Amanda Schilling
Amanda is a graduate of the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!) where she studied Hospitality Management. She has worked for Eastpointe Country Club, PGA National, Binks Forest and Hilton Hotels. Born, raised and never leaving South Florida, she lives in Jupiter with her husband, two kids and yellow lab.
As Communications Director her favorite part about working at the Club is that "Turtle Creek is more than an organization, its a family!" When she's not working you can find the Florida native in the water taking Marine Life Photography or seeking new adventures. If you have any questions Kaydee would love to answer them.
Golf Course Superintendent
Matt Schad
Matt has been working on golf courses in the area for over 20 years. Working at clubs such as Willoughby, PGA National, Eastpointe and Seminole Golf Club. He earned a Golf Turf Management degree from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton, GA “Home of TifEagle Bermuda Grass”. Enjoys spending time on the water with his wife and 2 kids.
Executive Chef
Aron Spector
Aron is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and comes from Sailfish Point as Sous Chef of their Award Winning Culinary team. He has also worked at other fine Clubs such as Monarch Country Club and Medalist Village Club. Aron’s culinary style mixes Italian and classical French cuisine while infusing locally sourced ingredients found in Florida and the south east. Originally from Philadelphia Aron is a huge Eagles fan.
