Ted Strelec
Ted has over 30 years of proven private club experience at esteemed clubs like Bear Lakes Country Club, The Country Club of Scranton and most recently Wellington National Golf Club. Born in New Jersey and raised in South Florida, Ted, his wife and two daughters call Jupiter home. On his off time, he enjoys traveling to exotic surf destinations, competing in triathlons and spending time with his family. Ted strives to deliver a great experience for members and guests.
 
Executive Chef
Patrick Fagen
Chef Patrick is a graduate of the legendary Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He is formally trained and certified as a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation. In addition, he is a fellow of the American Academy of Chefs and the Honor Society of American Culinary Federation. Chef Patrick has served as the Executive Chef in private clubs such as Pine Tree Golf Club in Boynton Beach and most recently Bear Lakes Country Club in West Palm Beach. He has a reputation for delivering delicious dishes with amazing flavors and variety.

Wilma Bormuth
Wilma Bormuth, CFO and native Floridian came to Turtle Creek Club after just finishing her accounting degree at PBSC in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Now a veteran of two decades with TCC she has had the pleasure of meeting amazing members that are like family and have seen many changes to Turtle Creek as they keep us moving forward in the future.
 
Food & Beverage Director
Britt Abraham
Britt was born and raised in Minocqua, Wisconsin, with lifelong ties to Stuart and South Florida. She attended college in Milwaukee for interior design. She spent time in Colorado and California pursuing her career in design. Eventually, her creativity led her to a career in the commercial and video production all while working in the restaurant industry. During the Covid shutdown, she returned to northern Wisconsin and started working at Minocqua Country Club as Clubhouse Manager. During the winter, Britt spent her time working at the Medalist Village and Kork in Hobe Sound, Florida. She decided to settle down in south Florida and escape the cold northern winters of Wisconsin. When Britt is away from work, she enjoys fishing and boating as a certified boat captain. She also waterskied for over 15 years competing and performing exhibitions throughout the country. Britt brings a passion for the private club industry and is excited to serve the members at Turtle Creek Club.
 
Membership & Communications Director
Kaydee Schultz
Kaydee has a decade of experience in the Club industry. Starting as Turtle Creek's Communications Director in 2014 to taking Membership Director in 2021. Her favorite part about working at the Club is that "Turtle Creek is more than an organization, its a family!" When she's not working you can find the Florida native in the water taking Marine Life Photography or seeking new adventures. If you have any questions Kaydee would love to answer them.
 
Golf Course Superintendent
Clarence Covington
With over 10+ years of experience in high end golf course maintenance, Clarence has worked at courses such as Jupiter Hills, Old Palm, Trump National Westchester and more. He takes pride in working with other club departments to give the membership the best golf experience every day. Clarence lives in Jupiter with his wife and new baby daughter.
 
Head Golf Professional
Toby Hill
Toby has been a PGA Golf Professional since 1995, working at some of the finest clubs in America. Toby is originally from Ashtabula, Ohio and moved to Florida in 2004 to work at Bear Lakes Country Club where he has been employed for the past fifteen years. Before that, Toby gained experience working at Sycamore Hills in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Barrington Golf Club in Aurora, Ohio and The Country Club of Scranton in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Toby coached the Cardinal Newman High School golf team for nine years leading the team to the 2010 State Championship. Toby was also awarded 2010 FHSAA Coach of the Year.
 
Assistant Golf Professional
Chadd Call
Chadd is originally from Watertown, NY and attended Methodist University where he studied Business Administration with a concentration in Professional Golf Management. For the past three years, he worked at Essex Fells Country Club as an Assistant Golf Professional under Brian Gaffney and General Manager, Dan Pasternak. While there, he was responsible for Tournament Operations, organizing and directing numerous junior camps, and golf shop merchandising. Chadd has also been fortunate enough to spend the winters in West Palm Beach to further his career. He spent the 2016-2018 winter seasons as an Assistant Golf Professional at The Everglades Club. Off the golf course, Chadd likes to keep up with multiple sports, playing basketball and hockey. He also enjoys producing music as a hobby. Chadd is thrilled to become a part of the Turtle Creek family.
 
Assistant Golf Professional
Brian Bartow
Brian is originally from Rye Neck, NY and graduated from Bucknell University where he was a captain on the golf team. He has worked at numerous prestigious clubs in the Met Section in NY such as Round Hill Club, The Apawamis Club and Sunningdale Country Club as well as Pine Tree Golf Club and Old Palm Golf Club in Florida. Brian also spent three years playing professionally and takes that experience into one of his passions, teaching & coaching. He spent two years working directly under top instructor Jim Mclean at his flagship golf school in Miami, FL Brian enjoys working with players of all abilities and has spearheaded Turtle Creek’s new junior golf academy. He is entering his second year as an assistant professional at Turtle Creek. Off the course Brian enjoys spending time outside playing tennis, pickleball, and running as well as being with his wife and daughter at their home in Wellington.

Aaron Fagan
Aaron grew up in Milwaukee, WI and moved to Orlando, FL in 2000. He quickly became the youngest Leadbetter Certified Golf Instructor worldwide at the age of 24. After 10 years at the Leadbetter Headquarters, Aaron took his knowledge of the golf swing to various courses in the Orlando area. Aaron uses his cause and effect approach to quickly assess the areas of the golf swing and game that need the most improvement. Having taught more than 15,000 players over his 20 year teaching career, his systematic approach to improvement is time tested. Aaron has coached players from all different levels from PGA Tour players to beginners. Aaron is back for another season at Turtle Creek, contact him directly to book your lessons.
