Matt Doyle
Matt and his wife Chrissy grew up in Simsbury, CT and presently live in Hobe Sound with their two daughters. Matt is a seasoned club professional. In the past eleven years, he has served as Head Golf Professional at the Dye Preserve in Jupiter, Florida and the Misquamicut Club in Watch Hill, Rhode Island. Matt also played Professionally for ten years. During this time, he played in two PGA Tour events and went to PGA Tour Qualifying five times. Matt has studied with some of the country’s top professionals and instructors.

Toby Hill
Toby has been a PGA Golf Professional for twenty-four years working at some of the finest clubs in America. Toby is originally from Ashtabula, Ohio and moved to Florida in 2004 to work at Bear Lakes Country Club where he has been employed for the past fifteen years. Before that, Toby gained experience working at Sycamore Hills in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Barrington Golf Club in Aurora, Ohio and The Country Club of Scranton in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Toby coached the Cardinal Newman High School golf team for nine years leading the team to the 2010 State Championship. Toby was also awarded 2010 FHSAA Coach of the Year. Toby lives in Jupiter with his wife Susan.

Robyn Fineberg
Robyn Fineberg has over 24 years of expertise in the golf industry with top golf courses, brands and retail operations throughout the country. Her experience ranges from Designer, Buyer and Merchandiser to Managing Operations, working for TPC of Scottsdale (Phoenix Open), Greg Norman, PGA of America and Edwin Watts. Robyn graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Marketing and Merchandising and has lived in Florida for over 15 years. She is married and is a proud mom to her teenage son who is an avid golfer. Robyn enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, walking in nature, photography and has been known to consult small businesses with their social media.

Noah Firestone
Noah graduated from Bowling Green State University in May of 2019 with a degree in Sport Management and Marketing. While at Bowling Green, he competed on the division 1 men's golf team. Upon graduation, he began his PGA PGM training to become a class A PGA Professional. Noah is passionate about growing the game, tournament operations, and competing in tournaments. This will be his first season at Turtle Creek and he is excited to meet all of you and make your experience a memorable one.

Chadd Call
Chadd is originally from Watertown, NY and attended Methodist University where he studied Business Administration with a concentration in Professional Golf Management. For the past three years, he worked at Essex Fells Country Club as an Assistant Golf Professional under Brian Gaffney and General Manager, Dan Pasternak. While there, he was responsible for Tournament Operations, organizing and directing numerous junior camps, and golf shop merchandising. Chadd has also been fortunate enough to spend the winters in West Palm Beach to further his career. He spent the 2016-2018 winter seasons as an Assistant Golf Professional at The Everglades Club. Off the golf course, Chadd likes to keep up with multiple sports, playing basketball and hockey. He also enjoys producing music as a hobby. Chadd is thrilled to become a part of the Turtle Creek family.

Aaron Fagan
Aaron grew up in Milwaukee, WI and moved to Orlando, FL in 2000. He quickly became the youngest Leadbetter Certified Golf Instructor worldwide at the age of 24. After 10 years at the Leadbetter Headquarters, Aaron took his knowledge of the golf swing to various courses in the Orlando area. Aaron uses his cause and effect approach to quickly assess the areas of the golf swing and game that need the most improvement. Having taught more than 15,000 players over his 20 year teaching career, his systematic approach to improvement is time tested. Aaron has coached players from all different levels from PGA Tour players to beginners. Aaron is back for another season at Turtle Creek, contact him directly to book your lessons.

Marina Marselli
Born in Italy, Marina came to golf from a background as Professional Skier and Ski Instructor in the Italian Alps. She graduated in Italy with a Master in Art History and Psychology. After a short time as a Golf Amateur, Marina became a Golf Professional in Italy and played for few years on the Ladies European Tour, the Symertra Tour in USA and the Canadian Tour playing in over 60 professional events World Wide. She is a Member of the Italian PGA and the LPGA, she is a TPI Certified Instructor and is certified in the use of K-Vest Trackman and the Boditrak Force Plates. When not working on the beloved Golf Swing, Marina enjoys water sports and the outdoors. She is a Sailing Vessel Boat Captain, and spent two seasons on the World Circuit of Kite Surfing with one European Championship and one World Championship participation. Marina is ready to begin her season at Turtle Creek Club!
