Toby Hill
Toby has been a PGA Golf Professional for twenty-four years working at some of the finest clubs in America. Toby is originally from Ashtabula, Ohio and moved to Florida in 2004 to work at Bear Lakes Country Club where he has been employed for the past fifteen years. Before that, Toby gained experience working at Sycamore Hills in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Barrington Golf Club in Aurora, Ohio and The Country Club of Scranton in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Toby coached the Cardinal Newman High School golf team for nine years leading the team to the 2010 State Championship. Toby was also awarded 2010 FHSAA Coach of the Year. Toby lives in Jupiter with his wife Susan.

Robyn Fineberg
Robyn Fineberg has over 24 years of expertise in the golf industry with top golf courses, brands and retail operations throughout the country. Her experience ranges from Designer, Buyer and Merchandiser to Managing Operations, working for TPC of Scottsdale (Phoenix Open), Greg Norman, PGA of America and Edwin Watts. Robyn graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Marketing and Merchandising and has lived in Florida for over 15 years. She is married and is a proud mom to her teenage son who is an avid golfer. Robyn enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, walking in nature, photography and has been known to consult small businesses with their social media.

Collin Hubbell
Collin grew up in North Andover, Massachusetts where he played golf, basketball and baseball. Collin’s primary focus this season, under the direction of the Head Golf Professional and First Assistant Professional, will be to coordinate tournament operations including; schedule development, marketing, promotion, course set-up, scorecards and hole sheets, starting and scoring, groupings and starting times, press releases, reporting summary, and event wrap up. He will also assist in our various Instructional Programs. Collin currently carries a USGA Handicap of 1.8 and most notably passed his Playing Ability Test by an impressive 11 stroke margin.

Kyle Leeper
Kyle was born and raised in Goshen, Indiana. He served four years in the United States Air Force as a security forces member before going back to school at Ferris State University. He received a degree from Ferris in Professional Golf Management. Kyle was elected to PGA membership in October 2018. Currently an Assistant Golf Professional at The Misquamicut Club, in Westerly RI during the summer, he is looking forward to coming to Turtle Creek this Winter. Kyle has worked at Glenview Club in Golf, IL. Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square, PA, Indian Creek Country Club in Miami, Florida, and Hobe Sound Golf Club.
William Busch
William first joined the Turtle Creek team in the fall of 2013 after attending the University of Central Florida in Orlando. Born and raised in Hobe Sound, golf has always been a big part of his life. Always trying to improve on his handicap of 10, William loves to play golf in his spare time. Starting in the cart barn, he has worn many hats in the golf operations of Turtle Creek and is currently the Starter at the club. Will's familiarity with our membership and working knowledge of six years at Turtle Creek has been extremely valuable in acclimating Head Professional, Matt Doyle get settled. He is a "Jack of all Trades" and looks forward to the new team members coming on board. When not playing golf, William enjoys watching and playing sports. He likes to watch his favorite teams, the UCF Knights and the Green Bay Packers, play football.

Zachary Parker
Zach Parker was born and raised here in Tequesta, Florida. He attended Jupiter High School and went to Tallahassee Community College for his Associates Degree. Turtle Creek Club is his first job in the golf industry, and he has worked here for two years. Zach has grown to love the Club and helping the membership. Since joining the team at Turtle Creek, Zach has been able to practice his game and has dropped his handicap to a 6. He loves the game, it reminds him of life; there will always be bad moments but, you have to learn to manage those moments to succeed. As assistant Starter, Zach will be able to assist you with Tee Times and Start Times on the Course. Lastly, Zach asks the membership of Patriot Nation to please take it easy on the Dolphins this year, the Dolphins are just rebuilding for the 100th time.

Aaron Fagan
Aaron Fagan grew up in Milwaukee, WI and moved to Orlando, FL in 2000. He quickly became the youngest Leadbetter Certified Golf Instructor worldwide at the age of 24. After 10 years at the Leadbetter Headquarters, Aaron took his knowledge of the golf swing to various courses in the Orlando area. Aaron uses his cause and effect approach to quickly assess the areas of the golf swing and game that need the most improvement. Having taught more than 15,000 players over his 20 year teaching career, his systematic approach to improvement is time tested. Aaron has coached players from all different levels from PGA Tour players to beginners. Aaron and his 5 children currently reside in Abacoa and are excited to begin new chapter here at Turtle Creek Club.

Marina Marselli
Born in Italy, Marina came to golf from a background as Professional Skier and Ski Instructor in the Italian Alps. She graduated in Italy with a Master in Art History and Psychology. After a short time as a Golf Amateur, Marina became a Golf Professional in Italy and played for few years on the Ladies European Tour, the Symertra Tour in USA and the Canadian Tour playing in over 60 professional events World Wide. She is a Member of the Italian PGA and the LPGA, she is a TPI Certified Instructor and is certified in the use of K-Vest Trackman and the Boditrak Force Plates. When not working on the beloved Golf Swing, Marina enjoys water sports and the outdoors. She is a Sailing Vessel Boat Captain, and spent two seasons on the World Circuit of Kite Surfing with one European Championship and one World Championship participation. Marina is ready to begin her season at Turtle Creek Club!
